Company fraud and arn away wid high money

Company salesman came to my house to sell product he promise tht his company change the product if we r not happy wid it its cost rs 399. i give him 1000rs and go in side for drinking water for him but he ran away wid full money not gave me change back .when i call in office, her company manger refused tht is not possible they also refused to change product .wht can i do can u help me plz... he theft my money and make me wrng comitment laso the gave me harrase ment
