I had not received my Gate Stipend of 96000 rs for ME IT 10 academic year..

S N Sharma is concerned person for our file no 224 (Sinhgad College of Engineering, vadgaon (bk), Pune-411041).

I had talked to him several times but no results till date.

Lastly Satya Narayein Sharma demanded 20000 rs as a commission for giving me check.

Can anybody suggest me what should I do.

Is there any law remaining in India...
