Education crisis

As our govt. says education is must for everyone and free for poor people.but the fact is different.there is govt.school in (kandiana kalan) distt. ludhiana, where children of poor people of nearest villages goes to learn.but at that time school teachers says to children to take books which are highly priced and there is no need for that.they told them to take books of special writer for their own profit.this is a serious issue because poor people cannot afford these highly priced books and they are now helpless and cannot send children to school.one of that case happens to my factory worker.kindly investigate into it and do the best so that some selfish teachers cannot ruin children future.
