Misbehaviour with the lady staff

This is to bring to the notice that the head of the department has often misbehaved by talking vulgar.when things did not work he screamed at me publicly even in front of principal but no action was taken against him.

as the h.o.d if I request him something he would scream at me. he had even instructed punes and others to not to help me small things to take revenge against me.

the college had formed the union to protect themselves but I was not allowed to be a member as I am non maharatrian. I requested this many times but they did not allow me and always made me feel alien.

they even said only maharastrian speaking people can be considered

I always faced communal feeling in the college.only brahmins or scheduled caste people has the hold.others have to face the tunes.

the h.o.d even made it clear that I should be removed from the college as she is a non maharastraian.

he even made it clear in the department that nobody should talk to me as she is not maharatrian.

when I had asked for laptop of the college he screamed at me, I just closed my ears and kept quiet but still he continued to scream at me, in front of all staff.he always tried humilate me publicly, as if I a bonded labour.

when even this had not satisfied him (h.o.d) he spoke nonsense of me with the management and they gave me the relieving order.

plz help me for the justice.
