Miss printing of place of birth

Sir, My son by name Karanam Harsha vardhan was issued passport by your office dated30-05 and his no is G9058487 .In the passport the place of birth is wrongly printed. Its printed as Vijayawada instead of Nalgonda. In D.O.B.Cirtifiate its Nalgonda. Isthere any problem regarding this? kindly help me. How can the problem be rectified.
