Complaint against Teaching

Respected Sir,

We are the students of PDM COLLEGE of Engineering, located at Sarai Aurangabad, Bahadurgarh. Haryana. In Our College MR. Rahul Yadav working as a AP in CSE/IT Department.. He don't have any knowledge about any subject. He treat us like a dog. His talking style is very rude. we don't understand anything what he teach. we cannot give complaint against in college because if we do this then he will fail us in the exams or project. we saw his resume also. according to his resume he is not eligible in the engineering college. So please take a strict action against him. this is the question of our future.
