Are news about phoenix correct or what?

Sir,

I am a graduate in BE Electronics and Telecommunication.

i'd got selected for the campus interview which was conducted by PHONIX MARITIME PVT LTD, after that they called me for medical test and gave a pre offer letter and i'd payed Rs.20, 000/- from the course fee, but now after one more month, that's today, they again called for the second medical and have asked Rs 20, 000/- more.

Now i heard that there are no ships under PHOENIX and they are just just a consultancy, and there is no need to go under this company and completing BE for my course, that's GES (navigation)

Can you please tell, Wiil it be a loss if i pay total of 5lacs and go for GES through PHOENIX? and what's your opinion about phoenix?
