Lay off given without any compensation and notice

Company has given lay off to all its employees on July 20th without giving the two month notice period mentioned in the appointment order and the salary for July month is also not given. We are not sure about the PF and ESI benefits as no one was given any ESI benefit even though this money was deducted. The allowances are pending for more than 8 months which is not paid even for a single employee. The company directors and the Accounts incharge is the sole responsibility as there is no proper answers given till date.
