INSD institute - North Campus, Hudson Lines and Pitam Pura was started in after their Institute's JD franchise was nullified due to breach of agreement.

INSD claims to offer Govt. recognized courses through Mahatma Gandhi University. The odd part is that this INSD is charging four times the course fee at MGU and offers no facilities which MGU is offering. It is also noticed that INSD is now selling Franchise and offering the same courses under MGU umbrella through its partners.

MGU is a govt. recognized university. To operate, it has govt. Recognition. How can MGU allow its recognition and courses to be outsourced to INSD? it is illegal and a serious case of cheating. INSD has no right to charge the exorbitant fee or even to pass on the benefit of its association with MGU to its Franchise network.
