Why management has no control on teachers?
Why are they not able to retain teachers?
Why teachers are changing in same year?
Why teacher is not able to complete syllabus on time? Is this intentionally?
Why management is not taking strict action if teacher is not completing syllabus on time?
Marketing people should do only marketing and teacher should do only teaching. management should not mix both.
