First they will call for interview... whenever we go for interview they will conduct 1st round of interview. Almost all (100%) people will be selected for 2nd round. In 2nd round they will ask 1 or 2 questions on java or .net or networking whatever you mentioned in the resume..Finally they will said "your performance is not good, you have to undergo realtime training in our institute which will cost you 10, 000".
