Pending Final year marks of statement and provisional certificate

Respected Sir,

I have to inform that myself R Solomon Raju was a student of B.A (English Literature) EnRoll No.071120457, DDE Alagappa University for 2010 batch. I have cleared my all the papers of B.A by giving the exams in may. Now, I have completed my Bachelor's degree and I got my result online on 27th Sept respectively. But till now I have not received my final year mark of statements and provisional certificates and the degree whereas all my classmates got that. I have also send a mail to you but there is no response.
