Paper Evaluation

Paper valuation in Alagappa university is worst and they never value based on the answers written. This is the second time, I am realizing there is no value for the hardwork and the study you do and you write your exams thoroughly. Whoever is the evaluator, he/she values the paper according to his mind not according to the answers in the paper. even the re-valuation process is the same. How can I raise a compliant against it and get the xerox of the answer sheet like in 12th standard and a independent evaluator should value the paper.

My kind request to university evaluators that, when they value papers, they should understand that they are dealing with life of students.
