No PF paid till date

Sir/ma'am, i have worked for the above mentioned school for about 5 years and resigned from the said school with normal procedure, however my pf form was not submitted, after 1 year and after continueos calling they informed that they had missed to submit the pf form and sent it to one of fellow teachers to my place to submit it at the local office personally, this is not right. does the said school have to pay the interest for said months where they failed to submit in time and to avoid this have sent to me so that they could avoid the confrontation? injustice done, please let me know if there is any way for me to get the 1 years extra interest amount?
