Take Additional fees of Industrial visit without visit

Respected sir,

I am a student of Alpha college of engg, kalol-gandhinagar and i m in 4th semester.

Our college fees is 48, 000/- according to G.T.U but our college take 52, 000/- because take some additional charges like a student welfare, Industrial visit etc..

College takes 500/- Rupees per sem of Industrial visit last 4 sem bt it never visited any industrial visit..

I want refund - of last 4 sem..plzzz sir help me...
