AMERICAN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL CHENNAI
School trying to recover Provident Fund deposits for themselves - failing to provide number to employees

I am an international teacher from USA who has been required to contribute to the Provident Fund since 2008. The school has not only failed to provide required account numbers for accounts and deposits, but has asked some internationals leaving the country to fill out a withdrawal form and leave a blank check and an open indian bank account so that they may recover the provident fund deposits for the school.

I need a reliable agent to process and press a retirement claim. I am 60 and no longer employed at the school as of June.
