MONEY NOT REFUNDING

Dear Sir I have registered with AMIE first in 1997 and Then re registered on 2007 December.

In 1998 I have passed two subjects and then I move out from kolkata and could not continiue.

When I came back I want to continiue but they said you have to re register, and I re registerd in 2007 but they did not told me that My registration will only valid for 4 year though It is generally for 6 years.

from 2007 I was out side India for several time due to my work. I sat in 2011 and passed two paper.

for 2012 summer exam I had applied for next two paper for completion of SEC A, they have taken money online Rs 2000 for summer 2012 exam but did not gave me roll number to sit for the exam. they asked me to re register again and my all the pass paper will be forfitted.

I have mailed AMIE all officeal several time for refund of exam fees, because they have regected my examination form.

Still 1 month continious mail they have not replied back.

I am looking for legal action against the samel, please let me know how to proceed.
