Semester Exchange Programme

I am a student of 2nd Year MBA PGDBM programme in Amity Global Business School, Pune. While taking admission in the university, they had given a confirmation that they will offer a semester exchange programme to any one who is interested in the foreign campuses. So i took admission in the college, paying around 5 lakh for the 2 years course. in the 4th semester, i had wished to go to London Amity Campus, and had informed the Noida campus as well as Pune campus since the starting of 3rd sem. They had agreed to take my application, and would send the details of the programme in the month of December. But now they say that we can't send you abroad (no reasons specified) and are ignoring my applications. They had stated that, any student (who is interested) can opt for semester exchange and he will avail the benefit, by paying a certain additional sum.
