Fake admissions for Part time M tech

I have applied for M tech in Power System (Weekend classes) from Amity University. I paid 1100 rs for getting admission form. I went for an interview and after 2 days i came 2 know through there website that i am selected for the same and have to get admission within 15 days. I received admission letter also. I was supposed to pay 50, 000 fees for 1st semester. I planned to take loan. I talked to there HOD. He then told there is no such part time classes and you will be the biggest fool if you take admission in Amity.

I was surprised by his answer.

Now, i feel cheated that i applied for this course, i waste my time and was searching flat near amity.

How can i go to court against this?? Please suggest.
