respected sir i beg to say that i am the student of B - tech 3rd year from Anand engg college. i want to say that my college i.e. Anand engg college taken illegal fine from students. they dont mention that if you deposit your fees late then you have to give fine but the Directer and college administration enforced fine on the student . this fine is 1000 to 5000 rupees . i think 60 % student gives that fine and my college earn thousand rupees .that is illegal sir

so kindly take action against my college because they enforced illegal fine
