Stop usage of my debit card usage till 5th april

Sir, i am Mrs. GLKDurga working as a lecturer in Andhra mahila sabha college for women possessing a Andhra bank debit card issued by vidyanagar brach with s.b. account no 13352 misplaced the same on 31.3.2010 therefore request you to stop the usage of atm debit card for a period of 5 days i.e. till 5th aprial 2010.

However i request to honour cheques issued with s.b. account 13352 to saptavanda chits and birla insurance on 31.3.2010.

i will operate my account only through cheque till 5th aprial 2010 and once again request to stop my online transactions with atm debit card for five days till you receive further instructions from me.
