Fail for money

Sir i have given 2nd and 3rd yr paper but inspite me doing good i failed in 2 paper one in 2nd and one in 3rd yr.again i have given suplimentry paper but again failed in paper i have 100 out of 100.i talked my friend they told me that this university do this for money.there is no option for reevaluation.hu is like playing with carrier.please do some thing.again and again they want money by failing student
