Temporary Teachers and poor/callous management

There is a lot of politics in the school. Favouring some discrediting some just to please the important and permanent techers. The reason is that most of the teachers are temporary and to stick to the job they need to gain the support of the permanent staff (who are mentally sick).

These management people are making the life of the parents miserable.
