Order for X^ - Mobile received X2, Mobile not working properly, Recharge connection faulty, speaker faulty, voice cant hear to other party

With reference to my order No. 316139 dated 18.04. I have book mobile as per the advertisement in DNA for X6 mobile. After 10 days of order I have received the same. Before cheking the material the Curiar person walk out -telling we are not concerned with the materials, our duty is to hand over the order. When I opend the box I found material is different, sun glass is also defected. But I tried to use the same, but the phone not working properly, not charging due to connection pin of the mobile is broken, I am charging mobile batery by another mobile. Second problem is my voice could not reach up to the other person. I tried to contact so many time to the customer center but!

You are requested to kindly change the product and deliver as per the order placed by me at the earliest please.
