RO not working from last 10 days

Hi,

I have purchased a RO System from Aquafresh approx 11 months back & its not working from last 10 days and I have called the executive Mr Sanjeev (9818036794) from "Aqua Life Marketing Co" who visited at my home to install that machine & even he is not picking my phone now, I have talked his Boss Mr. N K Sharma (9873560111), he asked me to contact Mr. Pradeep and still I am following up with Mr Pradeeep to get my RO system problem resolved but no one is turn up yet.

Request you to take action as earliest as its already too been late, I am living in East Delhi, there is so much water problem in East Delhi Area's...
