Complaint of water filter supplier

I purchase Aqua fresh water purifier date on 26/12 from Parima Booth no.114, Sector 40-D, Chandigarh. It price is 3300 Rs. It spoil after 1 Month. i complaint it to dealer Mr. Naveen whose mobile no 9216163093. He made excuse that mechanic is ill.after that i complaint him many times But he gave no response so plz sir tell him. if you will not repair it so i will going to consumer court against your company have warranty card whose no 2313 and its bill no 154.your dealer damage your company image. Plz take action against him.
