Purchased the machine from Eureka Forbes on 30/11/09 and since then the machine is undergoing break down. Even after several visits of service persons from Eureka forbes, the machine is not made alright. It appears that the design of the machine is a faulty design. The customer ID is 1006612309 and the bill reference 1039106904 dated 30/11/09.The machine was purchased from direct sales office located at M73, 3rd Avenue, Annanagar East, Chennai-102.
