I am really fade up with your non cooperative attitude. Till date my Oven not repaired inspite of the several calls to customer care as well as local service centre. We have become football for Electrolux. Simply one "MAGANETIC/TOUCH PAD" is required, whole network/people is unable to provide the same since last November.

My humble request is kindly tell where it can be purchased/ manufactured, so i may go there and get it for my dead Oven.

Hope this time you people give some positive solution rather than providing me another contact number.
