AquaGuard
No Service

Hi,

This is Saranath, I have registered a service request with Chennai Aquaguard service center on 06/06 reg. leakage and it is not usable [Customer No. 1006014621 and Req No. 0062505562]. Till date nobody has turned up for service, I called the service center several time, they repeatedly tells the same says oral apology and will get back us at the earliest. Also, I am regularly extending and paying for AMC.

Couple of days before, when I called to the service center, I escalated it to the manager customer care center (Ph no. 044-39883333, I don't remember his name). But even then it is no use, nobody has still turned up.

As per Aquaguard any customer service should be handled with in 24 hours, but it is already 10 days done, we are getting the drinking water outside. Due to change it water, we have suffered from cold, fever for couple of days and stomach disorder for my small kid. I should raise a case in consumer court for the loss, health problem and mental strain.
