No providing of second free service

Dear Sir,

I have bought a classic model aquaguard on 09.02.2009 at

Bhubaneswar, Orissa. During this period as per company's warranty free

service, I got only one free service instead of two free service. One

phone call was received from aquaguard service centre, Bhubaneswar for

AMC. At that time I asked for second free service, but they denied to do

this.

Which is I supposed to get the same. Kindly look into this matter as

early as possible. Response in this regard may please be acknowledged.
