Registered complaint, no response from company

Registered a complaint with eureka forbes Asansol office regarding my aqua guard 20 days back, no response, again registered today, I have a service contract, one servicing due in January no one turned up, despite a request from my side, worst service, will never go for annual service contract, thinking of moving to the consumer court.
