Defective machine on pirchase

Dear sir or madam,

i shaikh afzal had purchase a aquaguard compact on 28th april it was delivered on 30th april by paying full payment on delivery. Since then i was facing problems for intallation of the machine from the sales representative who was unavailable whenever i tried to call him, then i lodge a complaint at company call centre who send a plumber to install it after one week. At the time of installation i came to know that the product i purchased was not working at all so then i call the representatives of the company to refund or replaced it immediately but they say that they would repair it. I totally condemned this kind of behaviour and act towards me as i want full replacement of the product or refund because i have paid money for new machine and not for a defective one. I request you to please look in to the matter as soon as possible as we are drinking contaminated water from 10 days
