Aquaguard NOVA
No Proper service

Hello,

This being a repeated issue with the Eureka forbes service.

They make us pay for two years AMC but never bother to do the required service when we have real issues with the water purifier. It has been a week after the complaint was submitted and no response from anyone.

I dont find a reason to use the Purifier anymore when it comes to no use for weeks.

Hope this concern is seriously addressed.
