Services not provided after forcing to pay for annual contract

I am fe of Aqua Guard and the fraud service contract they sell. When I was first facing problems with my Aqua Guard, I was literally forced to sign up for maintenance contract, saying otherwise I would end up paying lots of money regularly. I did that and paid Rs 2885 Rs 2850 for signing up for this service and was given 4 service coupons on April 8th.

Since then every now and then I keep calling them up for asking for service but they jusr take the service request adn keep sms'ing me complaint nos but no action is taken.

I am very upset and disappointed byt his fact and find it a utter waste of my time and money both.

I would like to file case in the consumer court for 420, please advice how this forum could help me persue the matter.

Two Service coupons have already expired and no one has provided me service as yet. Today when tryoing to dial the no 39883333 (they helpline no), it just does not connect... very frustrating and annoying.

I am afraid that my family's health is at risk with this no service attitude.
