Water heavy leakage after free service

Hi,

I have purchased Aquaguard RO Unit # 8022841, Order # 001521, Date of invoice and installation 16/09.

Last year, I have paid around 3, 500/- Rs amount to extend 1 year more warrantly and to replace new filters.

Last week, one person from Aquagaurd came for first free service and after that water is flowing from noser of water filter and I complained about this problem but no body came to attend th eproblem after repeated complains.

Please do needful asap. Otherwise I do not have any way except to go consumer court.
