Aquaguard Water Purifier

We have been using the Aqua guard Water Purifier since Aug. The model is compact. At the time of the purchase they have been told us and it is also mentioned in written of service booklet that the 1st free servicing will be provided within three months however my purifier stopped working itself within three months. I raised several complaints with there local service engineers however there is no responses. Executive at the call center also speaks very rude and they often disconnects the call while kept on hold.
