Aquaguard Water Purifier
Service Centre not responding

Hi I am writing this with some distress and disappointment with Aquaguard. I have an Aquaguard which suddenly stopped working. I have called the helpline number which I managed to get through with difficulty. I was told the faulty purifier would be attended to soon, but no response from the service team. I have so far spoken to them on three occassions, got two reference numbers, a local Chennai mobile contact number for the service centre that nobody answers. I have contacted the Chennai "Head Office" but they say I have to contact the service person and give me the same mobile number that goes unanswered! This is a disgrace on the part of Eureka Forbes which boasts of service in its sales talk.
