Non compliance of AMC contract & failure to give appropriate services

I had taken an AMC contract for my RO Water purifier system from Aqua Health Care Corp, Shop No 9, 1st Floor, Opp Lazeez Restaurent, New Sanganer Road, Sodala, Jaipur. Mobile Nos: 9828515043, 9828540582

Equipment: WAVE Compact RO system

Dated: 6th March

Amount Paid: Rs 2500/- cash

Engineer Visited: Mr Prahalad Mobile No: 8058607822

AMC in Name of: Mr Sandeep Sapra, Plot No 35, Ram Gali No 7, Raja Park, Jaipur.

After the visit done on 6th March no Engineer has ever visited my house to provide committed services. Neither was any heed paid to any of my complints made to them on various mobile nos provided, including one of Mr Jitendra (9828540582).

Due to non availability of services, me and my family have been forced to drink contaminated water for last 1 year.

Request to address to my complaint and get me the committed services placed & provide me compensation against same.
