AquaPure water purifier
Service is being charged

Hi,

I bought an aqua pure saying that the service is free lifetime and only the spare parts are chargeable. Recently the technician had come to service the instrument post which the inlet pipe had broken. I called them and registered a compaint. It has been more than 2 weeks. They have not turned up. I made couple of calls to them and they say the service is now chargeable. This is an easy way of cheating the customers. When i explained the purchase process they are asking me to get the instrument to their office at annanagar. This is not like a mixer grinder to unmantle also. They are not ready to talk to us or give a solution and the girl picking up the call says she will ask her senior manager to call. But no one has called so far. How long do they expect me to wait after having purchased it for 10000 rs. I do not recommened a product for which service is not provided.
