Aqua sure Platinum Water purifier
After purchasing of 2months the machine started problem

I purchased a Aqua sure Platinum Water purifier machine in Marchfrom Chowdhurys' (54, Dr. S.N. Bhattacharya Road, Berhampore, Murshidabad, West Bengal, Pin - 742101) Bill no 44630. After 2 months it started problem. We are inform to their service center then after 2 weeks they come and repaire the machine. But after 3-4 months it again started problem again they came after 3-4 weeks and repair the machine. This things happen after every 2-3 months. We are also written to the company about this problem but we are not getting any result. But the service people said the model is problematic. Now the machine is out of service since last 1month and we are informing them contiously but they are not coming.

We want our money back or replace a good water purifier. Please help us.
