Bad Commitments

I have bought Aquasure 18 Ltrs in April, from Viveks, Mylapore Chennai. They given me assurance of Free warrenty 1 year without additional cost and said that, the Filter cost is Rs.260/- only, by comparing the price with Pureit. They even told that cleaning is very easier and simple. But has to do on weekly basis and told every 6months you have to change the Filter... No other costs will be levied and filter will be available in every shop or you can purchase from Viveks or Aqua Sure offices by calling, there wont be any charge they committed. But when i called them they Charged Filter as 400/- Service Charges Rs.75/- the Upper portion of Filter cost Rs. 56/-. Total cost has gone to Rs.530/-. And the Service person is bargaining for additional amount by arguing.

The only thing i want to tell the Consumers is dont be cheated with these fellow. Kindly purchase the goods which is worthy and affordable.
