FALSE SERVICING PROMISES

Hi, I wanted to lodge a complaint against Eureka Forbes (Servicing Centre) where I have been putting requests after requests to get my water purifier checked/serviced. The customer care folks guarantee their techincian's visit and this has happened 5-6 times but no one ever comes for the servicing, inspite of being "on the way" several times.
