Filtering Issue, Mechanism is not working

Recently in month of Oct, 30th i bought Aqua sure Amrit from Authorized dealer Vijay Sales in Ulhasnagar. Its not even 2 months i am facing filtration issues, water is not purifying even after changing or washing the mechanism installed inside. I lodged a complain on 18th Jan and till now getting false promises as a technician will assist you soon. my phone is 9975737009. complain number - 86247759. Spoke to many representatives, supervisors and one of the Consumer representative gave me Mahek Enterprises no as 9819947999, who can resolve. But nobody pick up the call.

Let me know if you are ready to resolve the issue or should i move to consumer court. I AM FED UP.
