Aqugaurd water purifier RO Reviva
Poor service forces to remove this water purifie

I leave in R-54, GaneshDham Colony, Nevada, Sunderpur, Varanasi purchased Aquagaurd water purifier RO Reviva in 2006 was very much satified but from last two years service has become so poor that because of these service people I am switching from aqugaurd to kent water purifier as the list of complaints is given below : -

1. After 10 to 15 calls later they attend the call.

2. They visit after 2 to 3 days after the complaint.

3. After they repair either on the same day or after few days problem again occurs.

4. Incompetent or inefficient untrained workers attained the complaints.

5. If problem repeatedly occurs then they don't bother to attained.

This careless person is Mr. Ajay Roy who has the franchisee of Eureka Aquagaurd in our area. Can anybody do somthing about him?
