Complaint NOT attended for last 6 days

I have lodged complaint on Sept 21 when a mechanic came and found out that a PCB is required to be replaced. Since then I have been following up daily to ensure that the mechanic visits and complete the work. Even on Sept 26, I was informed that the PCB was received and would be replaced by 1.00pm but till writing of htis complaint at1557 hours there is no trace of mechanic nor my call to the proprietor is being answered. I have never experienced such poor and irresponsible service from any other appliances or gadgets.
