Non delivery of under warranty product

I recently (22-11) purchased a Prestige cooker from Archana associates under an exchange scheme.

The new cooker was not functioning properly and we wanted to get it changed or repaired.

The company executive picked it up from us and has since been coming up with excuses after excuses and is now avoiding contact totally.
