Motorola Motorazr V3i
Pathetic cellphones

I would like to lodge a complaint about the motorola Motorazr handsets. I have bought two handsets within 20 days and both of them turned up to be faulty. I am really fed up and feel frustrated with Motorola Cellphones now.

I purchased a motorola Motorazr V3i on 19th July' but this ended up just two days as there was some defect in the handset itself as the speaker of the mobile stopped working. I somehow managed to arrange the delivery order from the service centre in Ghaziabad and got a new Motorola Motorazr V3i from the dealer on 1st Aug'07. But this handset also started making problem from the 4 th day. The Bluetooth never worked. The phone hangs from time to time and some times gets disconnected itself while talking.

I am feeling really helpless and frustrated now. I have decided not to purchase any motorola handset in my life.
