I got mobile motorazer v3i from motorolla . but after 9 months it has problem in the battery back up . mobile only run for 2 hours then turn off automatically and mobile is under warranty . so we have given the mobile for repair at

but they have not given any solution to the problem . we feel very bad customer service and bad service centre

we have the receipt numbers - under name tanseer zarar

5949 at 11th september 07

6113 at 20th september 07

6124 at 25 septmber 07

7108 at 10th october 07

and still the nobile is in warranty and in service centre . the company is neither repairing the mobile nor replacing te mobile.

if we would not get the solution of the problem we will surely go to the consumer court and suggest the people not to buy the motorolla mobile and other products

kindly take action to the problem
