Missing items

I had ordered for three sets of Art Dinox Dinner Set - 31 pcs and 24 pcs Cutlery Set by Order number 0GA090068354 dt 19.09.09.

Invoice No. ORA090067112 dated 23.09.09 for Rs.17094/-. On receipt of the consignment, we noticed that only set of Cutlery was sent. Two sets were missing. I have sent several mails to Indiatoday regarding this but no response. Either you send me the missing cutlery sets are refund the amount for the missing sets.
