Rude behaviour and selling product at higher price

I wanted to buy some concealed LED lights for my house. I went to this shop called "Art of lightings" on the outer ring road (Address given below). I got one LED light for Rs 600 but later learnt same product is available at Rs 200. This made me felt cheated as product available of same quality was being sold at higher price. There is this Sardar (Rupinder Singh Taneja) in this shop who has no sense to talk to the customers when I pointed out the difference in amount. I had given Rs 500 as advance to get the LED lights but when I pointed out the difference he declined to return the money back and responded in a very rude way. Avoid this shop as price given is exorbitant and it will available at cheaper price in chickpet. He will talk nicely when visited first time but his behavior was uncalled for once pointed out that he was cheating customers. Even when I pointed out that I will publicize this to public forum he did not heed and spoke rudely and said to shout from the top of building. Customers expect some decency but it was missing and he thinks he can run business. Hence, I wanted to put this complaint so others do not fall prey and make this affect his business. I want to make him realize for his mistake. Thus, do not buy from this shop as same quality product you will be getting from a wholesale dealer at a cheaper price.
